His arrest was made because on 19.03.2022, in the village of Lajthizë, due to the failure to take measures for technical security by him, in the mining gallery, two workers lost their lives, citizens AD, 41 years old and A. Zh. , 40 years old.
The materials were forwarded to the Tropoja Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
