At least 240 civilians have been injured and 64 killed since the outbreak of Russian war in Ukraine, the United Nations has said.
However, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has warned that the numbers could rise in the coming days.
Hundreds of thousands of people are without electricity and water, while more than 160,000 others have been displaced within the state.
About 116,000 people have been forced to flee Ukraine.
The Ukrainian government has estimated that in the worst case scenario five million people could flee the country.
