Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on Twitter a video he had taken of himself walking the streets of Kiev in an attempt to dispel rumors that he had called on the military to surrender to Russian troops.

Zelensky also ordered men between the ages of 18 and 60 not to leave the country, as he announced the general mobilization, in order to ensure, as he said, the protection of the country.
