Journalist Mirilda Tiri explained for “Albania Live” the steps that Japan is following to reduce the number of obese.
It may seem strange but in 2016 in Japan began circulating a news which showed the restrictions that obese people would have.
She explained that there was no special law which created restrictions regarding weight, which means that they are not fined if they are within certain rules.
“It is not a law but it is a request made to companies to maintain the health of employees, so they are part of the check up “, Said the journalist.
Japanese employees maintain their health by starting from diet, to walking based on the hours they sit.
Many companies in Japan offer employees fitness and leisure opportunities.
Less than 30% of the Japanese population is obese, this refers to people who have exceeded the size limits set by the government.
A small proportion of Japanese are affected by diseases, unlike the rest of the world.
