Ukrainian President Zelensky said the European Union should include oil and gas in its next package of sanctions, banning them.
Speaking in the Lithuanian parliament, Zelensky praised countries that have banned Russian gas imports, but criticized the EU for being too reluctant to sanction Russia.
The EU met on Monday to discuss a set of six sanctions, which could include Russian oil and gas, but failed to reach an agreement.
