One hundred war crimes indictments were submitted to the Kosovo Police by the Association “War Crimes Gjakova ’98 – ’99”.
The evidence collected for the murders and massacres in the Municipality of Gjakova, together with the names of the suspects are now in the institutions of justice and actions are expected to be taken.
This association is collecting evidence and testimonies of women raped during the war in Kosovo.
This Tuesday in the investigation department in the Police was submitted the last contingent of murder charges, however, from this association warn other criminal reports for the war period.
So far, the Association “War Crimes Gjakova ’98 – ’99”, has submitted to the Police and Special Prosecutor thousands of lawsuits with numerous pieces of evidence for crimes committed in the municipality of Gjakova.
