Ivana Trump, the first wife of Donald Trump, has died from the injuries of the crash “in the chest”, the New York coroner announced today.
The report added that the 73-year-old’s death on Thursday was accidental.
US media reports say she died after falling down the stairs in her New York City apartment.
Ivana Trump, then born in Czechoslovakia, married the former president in 1977. They divorced 15 years later in 1992.

Donald and Ivana Trump were popular figures in New York in the 1980s and 1990s, and their separation was the subject of widespread public interest.
Donald Trump was Ivana’s second husband, as she was previously married to Austrian ski instructor Alfred Winklmayr.
