At least 16 people have lost their lives after Hurricane Eunice opened a deadly path across Europe.
Deaths were reported in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom, as strong winds uprooted trees and took over everything.
Millions of homes and businesses lost power across Europe and transport networks were left in disarray.
The Dutch Coast Guard said it was trying to find 26 empty transport containers lost in the North Sea.
Four people died in the Netherlands, all hit by tree felling and four others were killed in Poland.
Three people were killed on the streets in England, two others died in Germany and two people in Belgium, including a man hit in the head by a solar panel that fell from a building in Ghent.
A man in his 60s died in Wexford County, Republic of Ireland, when he was hit by a tree.
About 30 people in northern France were injured in storm-related road accidents.
