Three young people were arrested by the police in Mirdita, after they were caught transporting 17 kilograms of cannabis sativa.
Based on the information that the citizens Altin Pêşhqefa, Shkelqim Pêşhqefa and Çelnik Pêşhqefa were transporting narcotics from Mirdita towards Lezha, the police immediately started working.
