Bad weather causes one victim in the city of Saranda.
On Monday at around 20:40 in the evening, a downpour of rain and strong wind started in the Saranda area, where it also brought down a metal scaffolding of a mini-football field, at Ura e Gajdar, where some young people were playing.
This incident proved fatal for 22-year-old Armando Kazma, who was accidentally pulled down by the metal scaffolding. But in order to get Armando’s body out of the ruins, about 15 fire brigades of the city, police forces and friends of Armando who were there were engaged.
The 22-year-old was pulled out alive from the ruins, but due to his injuries, he died on the way to the hospital.
The event is being investigated and assessments of the security conditions in this sports environment are being carried out. Meanwhile, the police escorted the owner of the socks to the police station.
