A 21-year-old has been arrested by police after helping illegal immigrants cross the border.
The police informs that AB, a 21-year-old resident of Kruja, was handcuffed, because while he was traveling with the truck in Shkodër-Hani Hotit, he was stopped and in order to escape the control inside the vehicle, he tried to corrupt the Traffic Police employees by offered a lot of money.
After the control in his vehicle were found 30 foreign nationals from third countries (Bangladesh), whom he was transporting in the direction of the green border, in order to cross the border illegally, in the direction of Montenegro.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further action.
