Four people have fallen into the hands of the Tirana police for various criminal offenses.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the 23-year-old identified with the initials RC, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence” and “Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold steel”, after he used violence against his girlfriend. During the control, a cutting tool (knife) was found and seized as material evidence.
Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens:
– GL, 46 years old and B. Sh., 26 years old, after being caught driving the respective vehicles, drunk;
– IM, 29 years old, after he was caught driving his vehicle, without a driving license.
Among others, the Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 prosecuted the citizen ES, 31 years old, for the criminal offense “Other intentional injuries”, because for weak motives, he punched the citizen EK, 43 years old.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 5 prosecuted the citizen SH, 53 years old, for the criminal offense “Air Pollution”, after it was found transporting inert waste, for which he had changed the destination of their discharge.
The materials were forwarded to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
