Residents of Torovica have long suffered from a lack of drinking water.
They say that only twice a day there is enough water in their taps to fill the cisterns, as it is not suitable for consumption, and while drinking they are forced to buy it or fill it in the village springs.
Although the complaints of the residents have been numerous, no solution has been provided for a new water supply system, further complicating the pockets of the residents.
