The chairman of the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla declared from the rostrum of the Assembly that yesterday the theory fell that 430 million euros were spent with incinerators. Balla stressed that the Commission of Inquiry should already draft the report.
In his speech, Balla did not leave without attacking the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for whom he stated that he does not care about any Albanian, but to oppose the USA, after he was declared non grata by them.
Balla called his speech in the Assembly anti-American while adding that there is a mental degradation.
“None of all that great deception that arose will stand in the end. Commission to draft the report. I’m with one who left when I take the floor, Saliu left. Even that he did for a few sessions. He does not care about the people of Dibra. He worries about putting you against the US. I call on the deputies of the Democratic Party in Debar, together with those of the Socialist Party, to hold a common position. American investments in Albania are strategic. Skavica is a historic project for the energy independence of Albania, the independence of dams“, Said Balla.
