The next day, the Court is expected to consider the request of Berisha’s group to register the statute approved in the Assembly convened on December 11.
Reliable sources for the journalist Anila Hoxha suggest that Judge Agron Zhukri could not schedule a trial nor consider the request for changes in the DP statute.
When the parties went to the first instance court, the official DP demanded joining the cases and trial in a single. This request was rejected and currently the case together with the acts is in the Tirana Court of Appeals.
Judge Zhukri requested the acts for tomorrow’s case but the Appeal did not grant it.
