New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has been charged again with sexual harassment by another former councilor, following allegations by former councilor Lindsey Boylan.
Speaking to the New York Times, 25-year-old Charlotte Bennett, one of Cuomo’s former advisers, claimed that the governor asked her some sexually explicit questions last spring.
Bennett claimed that Cuomo asked him “if age is important in a romantic relationship” and “said he was open to relationships with women in their 20s”.
Making a statement on the subject, Cuomo argued that his words had been misinterpreted to the extent that they exceeded the purpose.
Earlier, Lindsey Boylan, a former councilor, also claimed in an article published on the Medium website that Cuomo had been improperly brought to his office in 2018, while the governor has denied the allegations.
