The images show the Magong market, of dried and wholesale fish in the Pengu Islands in the Taiwan Strait.
The strategic archipelago is located about 50 km from the main island and is mentioned by the Western media as untouched by the language of the war between China and the USA.
Almost the entire population in Penghu lives with fishing which is traded in a single market even though the island has many small ports.
Most of the residents in Penghu have been fishermen for generations as the local hunting resources themselves are quite rich.
Whenever boats are returned from hunting, hunting products are broken down by species and first bought by restaurant owners and then shipped to the market.
The fish market in Penghu is very large, divided into open trade area and then packaging.
Traders and tourists walk among the splendid fish that have not yet lost the freshness of coming out of the net.
Fish larger than 1 meter are placed in special foam packages and sent to the best tourist restaurants.
The rest is distributed to seafood shops and outpatient outlets, which are often seen on the streets and residential areas of the island.
