20 apartments located near the riverbed in the village of Ferras in Fier were flooded this morning.
Heavy rains have caused the river to overflow its banks, while excavators are working on the ground to open the drainage canals. Residents say this is an unusual situation, while in the last four years they have had no problems.
The mayor of Fier, Lefter Shehaj says that in the rest of the city the situation is under control, as the intensity of rain is falling.
