Gunfire erupted in a western neighborhood of the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, killing a 6-year-old boy and injuring several others Saturday night.
Serhii Chernysuk, a doctor at Kiev’s Okhmatdyt Hospital, said the injured included two teenagers and several adults.
According to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, six people, including a seven-year-old girl, were killed by Russian bombing in the Sumy region, outside persons, including a seven-year-old girl.
The city of Okhtyrka is located 345 kilometers from the capital of Ukraine, Kiev.
