Sources for “Supersport.al” suggest that Gega will take over the leadership of the “Northeasterners” for next season, an agreement has been reached between the parties, while now only the officialization of the club is missing. The coach will be introduced by the club on Monday at the “Kukës Arena” stadium.
Gega has been in charge of Kukës in 2020, thus making a return to the Northeast. His last experience in the Albanian championship was during this season when he took over the leadership of Skënderbeu for a few weeks.
