A few hours before the local by-elections that are expected to be held tomorrow, Shkodra has sparked debate at the Meeting of the State Election Commissioner.
Today, the commissioner reviews the request of Voltana Ademi for the transfer of polling stations that are in the areas covered by snow.
Marash Logu, the legal representative of the Democratic Party, said that it was an attempt by Adem to damage the electoral process.
“We would like to get acquainted with three acts. Letter of the Municipality of Shkodra for the appointment of VC. “She supports Bardh Spahi that in the other elections the same conditions were”, said Logu.
