According to him, the ex-wife has abandoned the child before. She now lives in Greece with her other husband and left her daughter only 3 and a half years old to her parents in a remote village of Tepelena, in Mezhgoran.
Altini also says that when he has the date of the meeting with his daughter, they barely give it to him. The minor will not go to live in that village anymore, as her uncle’s grandmother and daughter-in-law rape her. For this reason, she reported it to the police, but nothing was done. Today his daughter lives with her grandmother in the village without an authorization from the mother claiming that she also lives with her daughter.

Fiks’s collaborator goes to the family where the minor lives. She wants to meet the mother of the minor girl. The grandmother tells her that her daughter lives in Greece. At that moment, the uncle intervenes and says that his sister is in the hospital. The little girl leaves the house and will hug Fiks’s collaborator. The uncle orders her to go inside as she suspects that her classmate has gone for the child.
The father of the 3-year-old girl meets the area inspector. He says he should seek this in court, as the mother has abandoned the child. According to him, the court is also aware that the mother does not live in Albania.
They also asked for psychologists in the municipality, but the letter has not yet gone to Gjirokastra for the psychologist to go to see the child. The area inspector tells the child’s father that he should follow this, as his ex-wife has abandoned the child and the grandmother has no document that the child should be kept by her, as the court has left custody to the mother and not the grandmother!
The journalists of Fiks were also interested in the Municipality of Tepelena, in the social service of the municipality and in the child protection unit, none of them was familiar with the case, even the child protection employee said that he works in economic aid, they left this as a job second and is not even a psychologist.
