The reason for this postponement were the final conclusions of the defense. The court decided that the decision be given on June 2 at 13:30. For the former director of ART, SPAK requested his sentence of 1.8 years in prison.

While for the other two defendants SPAK requested a sentence of 1 year in prison each.
