Specialists for Narcotics Investigation in DVP Durrës, in cooperation with Shijak Police Commissariat, following the work to identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of narcotics, based on information provided through operational means, organized and finalized the coded police operation “Butterfly”, as a result of which the citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:
VK, 41 years old, resident in Durrës, owner of the restaurant, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Adaptation of the restaurant for drug use”;
LK, 21 years old and BI, 22 years old, resident in Durrës, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
Police services, during the control exercised in the restaurant owned by the citizen VK, in Maminas, Durrës, found and seized as material evidence a quantity of suspected narcotics cocaine separated
in ready-to-sell doses, an electronic scale used for weighing narcotics, 3 mobile phones, 62,000 new lek, 900 euros and 100 pounds, which are suspected to have benefited from the sale of narcotics.
Work continues for the full documentation of the criminal activity of these citizens.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Durrës Judicial District Court, for further action.
