Investigations have ceased for Oltjano Terpollari, who under the influence of alcohol has crossed the wall of the Russian embassy and entered its territory.
The prosecutor of the case in the Tirana Court, Bajram Brecani, has terminated the investigation against him.
On 08.06.2020 Teropollari was escorted to police station no. 2 in Tirana after about 4:30 he climbed over the wall of the Russian embassy and entered its premises. Along with him was also his friend Franklin Zhezha, who stated that after drinking some beers in the Artificial Lake they walked in the direction of New Tirana to the former Bllok. He says he did not understand the reason why Oltjani overcame the perimeter wall of the embassy.
While Oltjano said in his testimony that he had no ill intentions, he did it because he was drunk and felt remorseful. Witnesses said Terpollari smelled of alcohol when the 29-year-old from Skrapar was caught.
Top Channel has secured the prosecutor’s decision to dismiss the case for the 29-year-old, as it has been proven that he did not intend to cross the border illegally.
Investigations have concluded that he was caught in moments of unconsciousness under the influence of alcohol, not knowing how to act.
