Russian forces continue their attacks in Ukraine, while they recently managed to take the territory of Luhansk.
Now their aim is to take the eastern province of Donetsk, while the Ukrainian forces are focused on protecting the entire territory at all costs.
Both sides have suffered casualties in the fight for this area, especially during the siege of the cities of Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk.
Both cities have been left in ruins by insensitive Russian bombing.
Ukrainian forces have received reinforcements for the defense of Donetsk, to achieve its control.
The war of more than five months in Ukraine has caused incalculable damage, turning the country into ruins.
The bombings continued on the morning of February 24, and since that day, despite discussions, no agreement has been reached to end the war.
