Democratic Party Deputy Chairman Enkelejd Alibeaj, through a post on social networks, where he issued Berisha’s own statement, stated that Berisha continues to lie and incite violence.
Alibeaj says the former prime minister failed in the January 8 protest after the Democrats completely abandoned him.
The MP called the former prime minister a “political corpse” and said that his concern was growing every day and more.
“Sali Berisha returned to the crime scene. Today, as he has done throughout his life, he continued to lie and incite violence, already against the Democrats. Sali Berisha’s plight is growing and with it the language of violence and hatred. “Yesterday he failed together with Edi Rama to extract coffins from the Democratic Party, while today he comes around like a political corpse to deceive and prolong his agony as little as possible”, writes Alibeaj.
