Justice Minister Ulsi Manja held a press conference and announced that investigations have been launched into officials and former officials in connection with the illegal legalizations.
Ulsi Manja: Today I will inform 20 officials and former officials who have been charged and 75 others for whom we have proposed remarks. Fifteen officials have been charged in Pogradec and former officials have allowed and legalized an object in violation of the law.
The first case was related to the municipality of Pogradec, where 15 officials and former officials were reported, after they allowed the construction of a facility inside the school.
According to the minister, this facility has been provided with a certificate of ownership in violation of the law.
While the second case is related to some legalizations for the area of Kanali i Cukës and after the investigations in the Cadastre of Saranda, illegal legalizations have been noticed.
