A fire broke out this afternoon at the place called the Hoxhara Bridge in Fier.
The flames started in a canal with reeds, while, aided by the wind, it engulfed a plot planted with olives, burning dozens of roots.
Residents are trying to put out the flames, as there is a risk of burning an apple plantation located nearby.
