The United States and its allies must reject calls for a global ban on weapons that use artificial intelligence, according to an official report commissioned by the president and Congress.
The report says that artificial intelligence will shorten the time of decisions and interventions. The report also warns that Russia and China are unlikely to abide by such an agreement.
