With lots of data clashing with each other from the confusion of the target to the throwing of the weapon in the lake, but which RENEA could not find, the prosecutor read the version of Skerdi Tasit, accused of the attempted murder of Lulzim Masha.
The 31-year-old from Fier held the same position before the court, confessing that two weeks before the failed assassination, he had quarreled in the street with a citizen who was driving a vehicle similar to the businessman of a private school.
Tasi says that after realizing that he was dropping bullets on the wrong person, he immediately left throwing the Scorpions type weapon.
“I had kept this weapon since 1997”, he added, but did not give any explanation why he traveled armed from his city to Tirana, where he stayed to visit his brother.
The failed assassination attempt took place in January this year near the Artificial Lake, while the authorities claim that they discovered the suspect with proactive methods that imply wiretapping.
