Shkodra is not finding peace.
This Friday morning, a 68-year-old man was executed at gunpoint. The event took place in the “Partizani” neighborhood, at the entrance of the Russian market.
The victim Naim Bajri, was sitting in a bar drinking morning coffee with his employee, Astrit Zeneli, when around 07:20, a Benz vehicle approached from which, the perpetrators shot 10 times in the direction of 68 years old. As a result, he died on the spot, while his worker was injured, who is out of danger for life.
Thankfully other people around, traders and citizens have escaped unharmed as the area is extremely populated and apparently the perpetrators have studied and prepared the assassination well. They immediately left the scene and a few minutes later, in the neighborhood “Guerrile” was found burned vehicle suspected of being used by the perpetrators of the murder.
The victim, Naim Bajri, owned a fish shop very close to the scene. In 2001, a 68-year-old man killed his son Indrit Bajri.
Police have set up checkpoints to catch the perpetrators, while continuing to comb the area. RENEA forces are also assisting FNSH and Shkodra Police.
During the last months, several serious events have been recorded in Shkodra with murders and injuries, the perpetrators of which have not yet been discovered, while the police forces themselves were at the target of the crime, where 4 officers in blue uniforms were attacked by destroy fuel or tritol properties.
