The Assembly session this Thursday started with a fierce debate on the agenda.
MP Edmond Spaho has requested a change in the agenda, so that the session starts with the interpellation with Prime Minister Edi Rama requested by a group of MPs and not the motion for prices, requested by MP Enkeled Alibeaj.
“The session should start with interpellation, not a motion”, said Edmond Spaho.
This was opposed by the head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, who said that the order will change only if voted by two thirds of the hall.
“You all have a little Sali inside. That has entered you has entered, but do not let it go up. Thursday’s session will be in two parts, the debate motion issue requested by an opposition group and the second session with the issues requested. At 10 o’clock begins a session that has as its first point this issue. This is a parliamentary tradition, however you have filed a request for a change of agenda. You need to secure two-thirds of the room to get it donet ”, said Taulant Balla.
The commanding chairman of the Democratic Party, Enkelejd Alibeaj, also agreed with Balla that the session should start with the motion for awards.
“I have asked in the first place what affects the citizens the most, the discussion of prices”said Alibeaj.
“You have become the spokesman of the opposition, do not be afraid of Berisha? ”Spaho replied.
“You have made the agenda with your staff in violation of the regulation. There is an article on which my request is based. I am sorry that for issues that belong to the opposition, go out and defend yourself. The issue of interpellation and debate has nothing to do with the SP. Why do you let Taulant Balla come out and talk about the group he has asked for? Where have you turned the assembly that even for such an issue you are imposed, in flagrant violation of the regulation, shame “said Spaho.
