Three people who were driving under the influence of narcotics were arrested this Wednesday.
Police report that they have arrested the 21-year-old with the initials EN, the 31-year-old with the initials SK and the 32-year-old with the initials DM So far, 21 drivers have been under the influence of drugs, after testing with the AquilaScan device.
Police notification:
The Traffic Police Services, following the controls for the identification and punishment of drivers who violate traffic rules or drive vehicles, irregularly, arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”, citizens :
– SK, 31 years old, DM, 32 years old, and EN, 21 years old, after they were caught driving the respective vehicles, under the effect of narcotics.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further procedural actions.
Tirana Traffic Police appeals for rigorous implementation of traffic rules and invites citizens to report to the Digital Commissariat and toll free number 112, any case of violation of traffic rules.
