Bad weather has affected the country this Friday, while the situation is more problematic on the Elbasan-Librazhd axis.

Stones and inerts have collapsed from the side slope on the axis towards Qafë e Çajupit, while near the village of Nivan in Zagori, rock formations have collapsed, currently blocking traffic.
Drivers of vehicles that have crossed the axis today have described the situation of the slopes on both axes as unstable and dangerous as there are rock masses with non-static base.
The axis is crossed by a few vehicles, however it is the only road that connects the deep area of Zagoria with the city. Due to rain and wind, there were defects in the network and long power outages.
