The ferry lines Durrës-Bari-Durrës and Vlora-Brindisi-Vlora have been suspended for this Monday, due to bad weather.
Thus, the two ferries that arrived this morning from Bari to Durrës will not be able to sail tonight to the Italian coast.
According to the General Maritime Directorate, the Albanian coast will be covered by wind with speeds up to 33 miles per hour and the height of the sea wave reaches 2.8-3.5 meters and the sea strength 5-6 to 7-8 points. As a result, the navigation of small vessels and fishing boats is prohibited.
Weather conditions are expected to improve on February 9th.
