The US President has warned Vladimir Putin not to step on any “palm” of NATO territory.
In his speech in Warsaw, Biden said sanctions could make Moscow end the war in Ukraine.
“Russia should not touch the palm of NATO. All democracies in the world have a responsibility to help Ukraine. “The war has already been a strategic failure for Russia.”
Biden said that given his progress in the war, it appears Putin has not been a good history student. “The invasion of Ukraine was not the act of a great nation,” Biden added.
