Selenskyj thanked the United States for its support. Blinken’s visit underscores America’s commitment to Ukraine’s independence and sovereignty, he said. If the Ukrainian army is to be modernized quickly, assistance is needed at this time, Selensky said. Washington had previously announced an additional $ 200 million in security assistance to Ukraine.
Kuleba accused the government in Moscow of inciting panic and the desire to destabilize Ukraine from within. This should be prevented without taking up arms, he said.
