She brought to the attention of the Appellate Panel a criminal report made to the Durrës prosecutor’s office for the accusation of “Threat” by the citizen AM, the latter an employee at Vetting.
This report has brought to light several sms, which clearly show the interventions of Genta Bungo and her “maloke” settings for Elisabeta Imeraj.

Prosecutor Imeraj described this as a pure case of discrimination, emphasizing that she could not be penalized from the beginning.
“I have faced different situations, I understand such stigmatization done for political purposes. The Commissioner for Discrimination has a report on my stigma and prejudice about my background in Tropoja. How can such stigmatization be established about the origin, and moreover from within the institution. “This is unacceptable to anyone, not just me.”
The future of justice for Elisabeta Imeraj will be decided by the panel of the Appellate Panel headed by Ina Rama, former Chief Prosecutor, who decided on April 12 whether or not to accept the evidence brought by Ms. Imeraj.
