Bollino: Not only Berisha is not deficient. Within the parliamentary group there is a minority faction and it is the deputies who vote. Mr. Beisha has the unnecessary votes to vote for the deputy. Berisha is an example of the lack of consensus starting with Nishani. He himself has self-appointed president of the republic, he has declared himself.
Balla: I do not believe that Berisha’s problem is the president, but he does not seem worried about giving a name. His concern is not participating in the process.
Bollino: The important issue on the table is the election of the president and Berisha claims to be a factor, but he can not be in this situation. I agree that the majority does not represent the whole assembly but we have to wait for the next elections to settle this issue. The legitimacy of the SP victory on April 26, have been confirmed in the results of March 6. So this confirms the veracity of the election.
Ivi: The March 6 elections have continued in the wake of the April 25 problems.
