COVID19 / Ministry of Health: 957 tests, 277 infected citizens, no loss of life and 61 cured in the last 24 hours
Given the increase in the number of citizens affected by Covid19, the Ministry of Health again calls on citizens not to neglect anticovid vaccination, especially in this period of increasing contacts, due to movements during the summer season.
Anyone over the age of 12 can be vaccinated at health centers across the country. MSHMS also appeals to all vaccinated citizens to go to health centers to be vaccinated with the booster dose.
AntiCOVID vaccines reduce the chance of infection and greatly avoid hospitalizations and fatalities.
If you have signs of illness or have had contact with a person affected by Covid19, isolate yourself immediately and contact your GP to get tested as soon as possible or call the National Emergency number on unique number 127.
The Ministry of Health informs that the situation of Covid19 in the last 24 hours is as follows:
957 tests were performed, of which 277 citizens tested positive for COVID19 in the following municipalities:
175 in Tirana, 19 in Fier, out of 10 citizens in Lushnje, Vlora, 7 in Patos, out of 6 citizens in Durrës, Gjirokastra, 5 in Saranda, 4 in Himara, out of 3 citizens in Lezha, Kurbin, Kamza, Vora, Pogradec, from 2 citizens in Shkodra, Divjakë, Selenicë, Skrapar, Elbasan, from 1 citizen in Krujë, Kavaja, Dibër, Roskovec, Mallakastër, Delvinë, Dropull, Korçë, Kuçovë, Poliçan.
There are 1,045 active citizens with Covid19 nationwide.
Currently 8 patients are receiving treatment in COVID3 hospital. In the last 24 hours there is no loss of life with Sars-Cov2.
61 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 273,398 since the beginning of the epidemic.
