A 38-year-old woman with the initials EV from Fier was arrested after narcotics were found on her, while she was trying to cross the border.
She was a passenger on the Berat-Athens bus and during the physical control at the border, 10 packages of suspected narcotics were found, in 8 of which there was heroin (with a total weight of 4 kg and 160 grams), while 2 packages had the narcotic substance cocaine (total weight 780 grams).
The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Gjirokastra Court of First Instance, for the criminal offense “Narcotics Trafficking”.
