Six people have fallen into the hands of Pogradec police after being caught distributing narcotics.
After a 2-week investigation, thanks to the well-organized work, they finalized the operation codenamed “Ring” as a result of which the arrest was made in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”, committed in collaboration, of citizens A. Gj. , 21 years old; R. Gj., 24 years old; DP, 22 years old; Xh. O., 41; KZ, 18 years old and SO, 19 years old, resident in Pogradec.
They have been under the constant surveillance of the police services and last night, they were caught red-handed in the ring of the city of Pogradec, where from the controls exercised was found and seized as material evidence 21.14 grams of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, a quantity suspected cannabis narcotics divided into doses, ready for sale, a “Mercedes Benz” type vehicle, 7 mobile phones and other items that helped to carry out this criminal activity.
Work is underway to fully document this event and bring to justice the other persons implicated in this activity.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Pogradec Court of First Instance.
