Dutch fans grouped in different areas of Tirana have clashed violently with police.
With the help of the local police, FNSH groups are intervening, while a group of them are moving towards “Skënderbej” square.

Another clash is taking place at the Palace of the Arrows. Police have blocked traffic on this side of the Ring.
