He was declared internationally wanted after the Eupen Court in Belgium imposed the measure “Arrest in prison” for “Participation in a criminal organization”, in aggravating circumstances, provided by the Belgian Criminal Code.
The Lezha Police is finalizing the police operation codenamed “Ixellesi”, to apprehend persons declared internationally wanted.

The services of the Lezha Police Commissariat, following the work to apprehend persons declared internationally wanted, based on the information provided by the police, have made possible the localization, apprehension and detention of the citizen: VD, 33 years old, resident in Lezhë. This decision has been recognized by the Lezha Judicial District Court and has been left in force by the Shkodra Court of Appeals ”according to police.
The investigative materials were referred to the Lezha Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
