An hour-long press conference between the two in Moscow gives the impression that Putin is good at any means of pressure, including military, to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO. In this regard, the positions of the West and Russia remain completely incompatible. And in this regard, even the Macron methodologist has no way out to offer.
