Ermond Perdoda, who was handcuffed a few days ago, is charged with the criminal offense of illegal possession of a weapon. Edmond Perdoda had been declared wanted for the murder of two people along with his brother after a property dispute. A Kalashnikov, ammunition and a quantity of gunpowder were seized from the apartment where he was staying.
