The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, demanded that the list of discussants be closed and that a direct vote on the draft resolution in support of Ukraine be voted on.
“The Assembly is better than talking and will speak with the text of this resolution, what else does it mean, to go to the polls and not to continue the discussions”, said Balla.
“The discussion can not be interrupted, if they themselves do not withdraw,” said Sali Berisha.
“Nobody interrupts the speech of the deputies”, said Tritan Shehu.
