From the first investigative actions it resulted that the citizen AH, the owner of the apartment, in cooperation with the citizens EN and EM, had adapted the apartment for cultivation of narcotic plants by means of lamps.
The arrested citizens TB, IS and EM, at the time of the operation were in the premises of the apartment that was adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants.
