Duda Baljes’s Social Democratic Union party failed to enter the Assembly after receiving 2569 votes, while the former MP managed to get 2213 votes.
The initiative of Adrijana Hodhii që, who says she represents the Bosniak community, has managed to enter the Assembly for the first time, and Hodhiiq has won the mandate.
Regarding this issue, Duda Balje has filed a complaint with the ECAP and has stated that he will send the same to the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
Along with Duda Balja, there are also 50 Bosnian non-governmental organizations in Kosovo, which say that they do not accept as representatives those politicians who were elected by votes of other communities.
